Following the Tet Offensive by the VC and NVA in 1968, it became obvious the mighty US could not win the Vietnam War. We settled for an "honorable exit." Troop withdrawals began. The soldiers understood the process. However, who wanted to be the last to die in Vietnam. Their military indoctrination dissolved and the fabric of the Army fell apart. Hair grew longer, orders were disobeyed, heroin use became epidemic, and officers were "fragged." This Australian documentary is demonstrative!
